INTEGRATED PROTECTION
Casa de Saima is certified by the Integrated or Biological Protection system. Integrated protection is a production system for quality agricultural products and foods, based on good agricultural practices, with rational management of natural resources and favouring the use of natural regulation mechanisms in place of production factors, thus contributing to sustainable agriculture.
NATURAL FERTILIZERS
100% of the by-products resulting from the vinification of our grapes, as well as the organic matter resulting from pruning, are used every year to form compost piles that we use to fertilize our soils.
CHOICE OF MATERIALS
We try our best to use materials that allow us to reduce our ecological footprint, such as the choice of light glass bottles, reducing the waste of material and natural resources associated with the production and marketing of wines.
